Our carport features a galvanized steel roof with horizontal panels and an industrial steel frame that has been powder coated to resist corrosion and rust. The carport has a wind speed rating of 100 MPH and a snow/ground load rating of up to 35 PSF. The Arrow 20' x 20' Carport is a high-quality, steel structure that is perfect for boat storage, vehicle storage, tractor storage, and even outdoor picnic areas. With 390 square feet of storage space, you can store all of your outdoor necessities. Rain or shine - your property will stay protected. With the included enclosure kit, your stored items will be protected from the elements. The UV treated cover resists fading and features heat sealed seams for water resistance and is also moisture resistant. The enclosure kit includes door panels on both front and back making it easy to drive through the unit with your vehicle. A slip-fit frame connection allows for a DIY assembly. The carport's actual assembled dimensions are 243" W x 237" D x 118" H.
