- Filling and layering cakes as easy as pie - With its height of 3.3”, the adjustable cake mould is ideal for preparing sponge and multi-layered cakes; cream fillings or cake glazes can set in the cake ring without leaking out; the adjustable cake ring can then be removed easily without damaging the cake by widening the ring.
- Easy-care and dishwasher-safe – The cake baking mould can be washed either by hand or in the dishwasher as it is made of stainless steel, 100% rustproof; simply pull apart for cleaning.
- For baking, as a substitute for springform pans – Baking rings without bottom provide the best baking results by optimal heat distribution; in this case, however, the mousse cake molds should be used together with baking paper to prevent cake batter from leaking out.
