The TS-L 1000 and TS-R 1000 used the 999cc Suzuki triple with upgraded Nicasil-plated cylinders for improved heat dissipation and durability. The TS-R 1000 featured the Jumbo Jet pump with a six-blade stainless steel stator and impeller. The 1999 TS-L 900 was the final 896cc-powered Tiger Shark before the brand discontinued PWC production.
